Nearly $500K to Gregg Township Municipal Authority in Union County

He is constantly amazed at what we make, create and ship here in the 83rd district!
Since taking office, Rep. Flick has toured dozens of businesses including:

And more
It’s his goal to not only promote our current industries but attract and retain even more businesses and workforce to our area.
Finding Common Ground & Meet Me In The Middle Caucus.
Not all of us are going to agree on every issue. And that’s okay – it’s part of human nature. While many politicians refuse to listen or even talk to colleagues across the aisle, I believe we’re paid good money to do our jobs for all constituents – and that means rolling up our sleeves and finding common ground for causes like:
Strengthening our mental health system,
Increasing access for people and children with legitimate disabilities,
And finding ways to better support our kids.
That’s why I helped form the Meet Me In The Middle Caucus.
We don’t need to agree on everything, but we can agree that some things are above politics.
Taking Personal Responsibility
Personally, I don’t think people should be paid before a job is done. That’s why I was the only state representatives who asked for my paycheck to be withheld until our state budget was fully passed (166 days).
Additionally, because I believe in smaller government, I have opted not to receive the pension, 401k plan or per diem and meal reimbursement benefits available to those who hold this office.
I also don’t believe in receiving money from businesses, special interest groups, super PACS or lobbyists. I am the only representative that I know of that does not take money from any of the above.
That means I speak from the heart, vote for my district, and sleep well at night.
